Production - Product quality requires a great
many strict and systematic controls in all
of the stages of production. |
| |
 |
1.
Veterinary Control:
The Sheep fetuses are removed
in approved slaughterhouses from
animals that have passed health
controls. The Veterinary controls
certify that the animals are healthy,
suitable for human consumption
and free of spongiform encephalitis
|
|
| |
 |
2.
Ablation:
The organs are removed in a sterile
laboratory chamber prior to first
trimester period. The sheep fetus
organs at this stage of gestation
still have not developed antigenic
marker and hence there is no risk
of rejection by the receiving
human body. |
|
|
|
3.
Freezing and Pulverization:
The removed embryo
organs are frozen at -80 deg. and then
pulverized. The pulverized organ then
undergoes U.V. light radiation at well
determined intervals of time in order
to favor the release of bio-stimulines,
a series of biological elements that
are attributed with cell regeneration
as well as other cell components (D.N.A.,
R.N.A., mitochondria, ergastoplasm,
ribosomes, enzymes). |
| |
4.
Solution: The
pulverized organ is put in a solution
in 9 per 1000 isotonic solution at an
appropriate dilution. |
| |
5.
Filtration:
The filtration
uses a 0.2 micron sterilizing membrane.
The purpose is to eliminate the macromolecules
and germs. However, the "bio-stimulines",
enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, D.N.A.,
R.N.A., and mitochondria are collected.
The liquid obtained is clear and/or
slightly colored according to the organ. |
| |
 |
6.
Packaging:
The filtrates are packaged in
5 ml. glass bottles containing
3 ml. of product. Each are then
labeled to show its corresponding
organs, lot control numbers and
expiration dates. |
| |
7.
Control of the Finished Product:
The mycological, bacteriological,
anti-brucellosis, virulogical
controls and various physical
and chemical tests are carried
out by independent laboratories
(Alfred Fournier Institute and
Hong Kong Standard & Testing
Centre).. |
